DeptOS: Agentic AI Timetable and Faculty Management System for Colleges Colleges still build department timetables by hand, which takes days and leads to double-booked teachers and rooms, uneven teaching loads, and a scramble to cover classes when a teacher is absent. DeptOS replaces this with a team of AI agents that each handle one role. A department enters its teachers, subjects, rooms and classes once. The system checks that every subject has a teacher, builds the full timetable, and tracks each teacher’s weekly hours. When a teacher is absent, it suggests the best available replacements for each affected class, and the head of department approves one. Departments can give instructions in plain language, and the system also imports from and exports to Excel and PDF. In my testing, generated timetables had no clashes. What you get: the complete source code, the intellectual property in it, and the rights to run, rebrand and resell it, including as your own SaaS for institutes. This is an outright sale, not a subscription. Status: a working product with a full set of screens. It has not been used by paying customers and still needs hardening before real college data is stored. I will give a written list of known issues and a live demo before sale.
