Windows office companion for team chat, time tracking and file sharing
Cadle is a compact Windows desktop companion that keeps common office tasks at the edge of the screen. It brings together time tracking, workspace chat, and workflows for sharing copied text, screenshots and files. It is designed for small teams, with direct local-network transfers where available and a relay for supported remote workflows. The implementation uses Rust and Tauri, with Cloudflare relay infrastructure and release documentation. I built Cadle and am looking for an outright sale of the public product and its agreed assets as I move on to my next project. There are no paying customers; this is a software asset sale, not an established revenue-generating business. Usage and running costs have not yet been independently verified. Proposed assets include agreed source code, transferable product design assets, documentation and a technical handover. The exact release/build, update-feed migration, domain arrangements and support scope will be documented during diligence. Company-specific editions, customer contracts, private credentials and company data are not automatically included. Private source review and a product walkthrough are available for serious enquiries. Known technical issues and deployment dependencies can be reviewed during diligence.
Next step: <p>Focus on a specific small-team workflow, validate demand with pilot teams, simplify onboarding, and refine the Windows release and update process. A collaboration-software business could adapt the compact desktop experience to its own offering. These are growth ideas, not existing revenue or guaranteed outcomes.</p>
