About FactuurUp
Multilingual invoicing and work tracking for freelancers in the Netherlands.
FactuurUp is an early-stage multilingual web application designed for freelancers, self-employed workers (ZZP), and small businesses in the Netherlands, particularly people who prefer to manage their administration in their own language. The developed product includes invoice creation and PDF generation, client and company details, weekly work records with hours, breaks, work locations and kilometres, separate work notes, data export, and versioned archive restoration. The interface supports Bulgarian, Dutch, English, Polish, Turkish, Romanian, Greek, and Hungarian. Language content still requires independent editorial review. The project also includes accountant-directory functionality. Its broader product roadmap connects work administration with job listings, recruitment-agency profiles, and accessible tax guidance. These areas should be assessed separately during a demonstration; an established recruitment marketplace or paying partner network is not being claimed. CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS This is a software project requiring further work before a full commercial launch, rather than an established revenue-generating business. Email delivery and subscription-payment integrations have been prepared, but live email delivery and real billing still need activation and end-to-end verification. Production invoice numbering and credit corrections have a separately tested implementation that still needs integration into the active workflow. Additional work includes completing operator and support details, reviewing translations, testing on physical Android and iPhone devices, and confirming the deployment and account-access arrangements for a new owner. The project has documented automated tests and development notes. A separate interactive design concept demonstrates a proposed refreshed dashboard, weekly work view, and invoice form. ACQUISITION SCOPE The proposed sale covers the FactuurUp source code, project-specific design assets, and available technical documentation, subject to confirmation of ownership, third-party licences, and transfer arrangements. The current hosted URL requires access authorisation. Hosting, authentication, email, payment-provider accounts, and any custom domain arrangements must be agreed separately. FactuurUp may suit a developer, software studio, or business already serving international freelancers and workers in the Netherlands. Its focus is combining understandable multilingual administration with practical weekly work records and access to relevant professional services. No revenue, customer-growth, or guaranteed-return claims are made in this listing.
