SaaS that alerts EV charging operators about faulty chargers before drivers do.
Sherlohm is a working, multi-tenant SaaS for EV charging operators (CPOs). It connects to the operator's charging management software (CSMS) through a webhook, turns charger faults into tracked incidents, and makes sure every fault has an owner. How it works: The CSMS sends an event when a connector faults or a station goes offline. Sherlohm opens an incident automatically and sends an email alert with the station, connector, error code and a suggested first step. When the charger recovers, the incident closes automatically and the time to recovery is recorded. Operators see stations, incidents, remediation history and an audit log in their own dashboard. Each organization only sees its own data. Self-service billing with Stripe Checkout and three plans (Starter €49, Growth €149, Network €349 per month). Tech stack: Python/FastAPI backend, Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth), Stripe, Brevo (email), static HTML/JS frontend, hosted on Render. What's included: Full source code and all economic rights (written assignment contract) Sherlohm brand, logo files and LinkedIn company page English user guide and a 2-page sale overview Go-to-market kit: pricing, outreach scripts and a list of prospects 4 weeks of handover support (up to 10 hours) Honest status: pre-revenue, no customers yet. Tested end to end with a simulated charging station; no live CSMS integration yet. The code was built with AI assistance. A good fit for an EV software company, a CPO consultant or a developer who wants a ready-made product in the e-mobility space.
Next step: <p>1. Connect a real charging platform: add OCPP support or webhook integrations with CSMS providers such as AMPECO or eDRV, then run a pilot with one operator.</p><p>2. Switch Stripe to the buyer's live account and start charging with the existing three plans (€49 / €149 / €349 per month).</p><p>3. Add per-organization webhook secrets, multiple alert recipients and fault-specific remediation suggestions.</p><p>4. Sell to independent charging operators with mixed hardware, or bundle Sherlohm as a monitoring add-on for an existing EV software or O&M service.</p><p>5. Add SMS / Slack / Teams alerts and monthly reliability reports to support higher-priced plans.</p>
