AGI OS / SciLoop — AI Release-Check Platform - Sell Project

AGI OS / SciLoop is a working Next.js 15 + TypeScript AI research and evaluation workspace, sold as a pre-revenue software asset. Its commercial edge is AI Ship Check: point it at a controlled scenario for an AI system and it returns observed failures, supporting evidence, open unknowns, and remediation tasks a team can act on. Best fit: an AI agency, dev-tool founder, or eval team that wants a head start on a paid pre-release testing workflow instead of starting from an empty repo. Day one, a buyer can: run the three Ship Check fixtures (customer support, RAG knowledge base, coding/developer agent) and produce a structured NO-SHIP report for a client; navigate 16 paradigm portals, a knowledge graph, and comparison/roadmap/simulation views; run the Python experiment lab with deterministic verifiers (exhaustive Boolean truth tables, SymPy algebraic equivalence, graph checks). Verified 2026-10-27: 26,255 LOC in 269 TS/TSX files; 39 pages and 66 API routes; 50-model Prisma/PostgreSQL schema; bcrypt + JWT cookie auth, durable on the live demo; Razorpay subscriptions with HMAC-verified webhooks; 5 live frontier adapters (arXiv, GitHub, Semantic Scholar, OpenAlex, Hugging Face); 13/13 Python tests; production build and npm run sale:verify both pass. A proprietary LICENSE is included and copyright transfers on purchase. Limits, stated up front: no customers, revenue, paid users, or traffic. Ship Check runs controlled fixtures only — it is not an arbitrary customer-agent scanner or a safety certification. 16 of 21 frontier adapter slots are defined but not implemented. Billing has never processed a live Razorpay payment. There is no TypeScript test suite. Maths AI results are bounded toy benchmarks, not theorem discovery. Excluded: API keys, third-party accounts, customer data, and the demo domain/hosting. The seller's personal UPI QR image on /premium should be replaced before launch. Handover: full Git history, Prisma schema, Python verifier and tests, deployment configs, and docs after cleared payment (escrow welcome), plus a short transition period for questions.
