Local prototype for SaaS procurement requests, approvals and audit trails.

MandateOS is an early-stage, localsingle-workspace prototype forsubmitting and reviewing SaaS and APIprocurement requests. It includes aPython standard-library server, SQLitepersistence, administrator login, requestreview, policy settings, a supplierdirectory, audit events, CSV export,manual database backup, and anintegration test suite. This is a source-code prototype, not anoperating SaaS business. It has norevenue, customers, active users, publicdomain, production deployment, externalintegrations, or independent securityaudit. Multi-tenant support, MFA/SSO,scheduled backups, monitoring, andproduction hardening are notimplemented. No payments areprocessed. The sale includes source code anddocumentation only. Buyers shouldindependently review the code, security,licensing, and suitability before use. Nocustomer relationships, revenue, orbusiness entity are included.

Next step: sourcearchive, install Python 3.9 or later, set anadministrator password with<code>MANDATEOS_ADMIN_PASSWORD</code>, and run<code>python server.py</code>. The app runs locallyat <code>http://localhost:8000</code>. Automatedintegration tests can be run with <code>python -m unittest -v test_app</code>.Further development could include usermanagement, MFA/SSO, multi-tenantsupport, production hosting, scheduledbackups, monitoring, browser testing,security review, and integrations withprocurement or accounting systems.These features are not included. Thebuyer should independently review thecode and licensing, validate customerdemand, and complete security workbefore using it with real business data.The prototype has no customers,revenue, or payment processing.
