CleanPaths is a free browser-based converter that turns PNG, JPG and SVG images into cut-ready DXF and SVG files — built for Cricut crafters, laser cutters and embroidery creators who need clean vector paths, not just another SVG. Unlike free online tracers that stop at SVG, CleanPaths goes the last mile: real DXF export in two versions (R2000 with units, R12 compatibility mode), closed paths, color-separated layers, and a preprocessing pipeline that cleans up bad images before tracing. Free tools give you a vector. CleanPaths gives you a cut file. Quality honesty is built in: flat-color graphics (logos, icons, screenshots, line art) are designed to come out cut-ready; photos come out stylized (posterized), and the tool tells you which one you have before you convert.Everything runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to a server.
