I run ShovelScout on my own. Before this I spent years putting ERP systems into companies, mostly mapping how work actually flows and cleaning up the data behind it. A lot of buying starts with somebody asking a question in public, and I kept seeing it happen in forums, so I built a search tool for those posts. It looks through Reddit, Hacker News and a handful of business forums. I do the product, the scrapers and the customer email myself.
