Reason for selling
QuoteFlow was developed as an independent B2B SaaS venture to address inefficiencies in RFQ management, quotation preparation, margin control, and customer follow-up. I am exploring a full acquisition rather than personally undertaking the next stage of commercial launch, customer acquisition, and long-term SaaS operations. The ideal buyer would be an entrepreneur, established software company, or technology agency with the resources and distribution capabilities to launch, commercialize, and scale the product. The sale is an opportunity to acquire an existing software foundation and build upon it, rather than develop a comparable solution from scratch. QuoteFlow offers several opportunities for further development and commercialization. 1. Complete production deployment: Finalize live database migrations, configure third-party integrations, conduct end-to-end staging tests, and establish production monitoring. 2. Launch subscription plans: Commercialize the existing Free, Pro, and Business subscription structure, validate pricing, and introduce paid customer plans. 3. Target specialized B2B sectors: Focus initially on distributors, wholesalers, industrial suppliers, furniture businesses, building-material suppliers, and B2B service companies. 4. Expand automation: Introduce automatic RFQ email ingestion, document OCR, advanced AI-assisted product matching, and additional workflow automation. 5. Develop strategic integrations: Connect with CRM, accounting, ERP, and e-commerce platforms to improve customer adoption and retention. 6. Scale customer acquisition: Build organic search traffic, run targeted LinkedIn campaigns, establish reseller partnerships, and conduct direct outreach to purchasing and commercial teams. 7. Expand internationally: Localize the application for additional countries, currencies, languages, and regional business requirements. QuoteFlow provides the buyer with an established technical foundation that can be refined, commercialized, and expand...
