IDIN - Sell Project

IDIN is a model-independent trust, control, and execution layer designed to sit between AI agents and real-world systems. Instead of allowing an AI agent to directly execute sensitive actions, IDIN provides a controlled workflow for authority, permissions, execution, verification, backup, rollback, and audit. The system is designed around a security-first architecture where session access does not automatically equal authority, unknown mutations are never treated as successful, and supported changes can be verified and rolled back when necessary. IDIN is being offered as a technology/IP acquisition rather than as an established revenue-generating SaaS business. A buyer could continue development, integrate it with AI agent platforms, or adapt the underlying control architecture for other agentic systems.
