GRAIL — Crypto Trading Research Platform - Sell Project

GRAIL is a Python software project for cryptocurrency trading research, PAPER trading and engineering diagnostics. It is offered as a single source-code and documentation package for a technical buyer who wants to continue development or reuse the components. The existing R2 system runs a rules-based, LONG-only spot PAPER strategy with a monitoring dashboard. It models trades rather than placing real-money orders. The package also contains a more recent diagnostic branch, synthetic market-regime testing infrastructure, and a separate execution research prototype originally developed under the GRAIL Scalp name. WHAT IS INCLUDED Python source for the GRAIL PAPER system and Streamlit monitoring dashboard. The R2 Next diagnostic branch: exit classification, MAE/MFE observations with completeness limits, diagnostic coverage checks, and offline maintenance/recovery tooling. A synthetic regime-testing framework covering Bull, Bear, Range and Unknown states, with routing contracts and temporal guard tests. The trading engines in this framework are stubs; new regime strategies are not implemented. A separate synthetic execution prototype covering risk/resource accounting, event journaling, restart handling and simulated exchange behavior. This is development material, not an approved production Bybit execution adapter. Architecture documents, integration plans, source/package manifests, historical test evidence and independent audit reports with disclosed findings. WHY A TECHNICAL BUYER MAY BE INTERESTED The project provides an existing PAPER workflow, monitoring and diagnostic components, structured fault scenarios, and a documented history of engineering reviews. The buyer can inspect what has been built, which claims have been tested, and what remains unfinished before deciding which components to continue. CURRENT STATUS AND LIMITATIONS Active development is paused. This is an unfinished engineering/research asset, not a turnkey profitable trading service. Trading profitability and a durable edge have not been established. The out-of-sample experiment is incomplete; no earnings or investment returns are promised. The R2 Next R4C8 audit verdict remains NOT APPROVED FOR INSTALL. Fresh-server database migration and testing with the real pinned Streamlit environment remain outstanding; accepted diagnostic/provenance limitations remain documented. The independent M5/M6 R3 execution audit remains NO-GO, with three P1 findings concerning the test oracle and one P2 finding concerning unknown-price handling in the core. Later working-tree changes must be assessed separately from that pinned audit. Bull/Range/Bear trading engines, an integrated futures PAPER runtime, and a revised confirmation mechanism are not completed. The synthetic framework does not demonstrate realistic execution or profitability. Most existing documentation is in Russian; this sale summary is in English. A technical buyer should expect onboarding and additional research, fixes and integration work. TRANSFER SCOPE The proposed transaction covers the seller-owned source code and documentation as one asset package. Third-party software retains its original licenses. Exact file scope and transferable rights will be recorded in the sale agreement. No exchange account, API key, private credential, server access, customer database, raw market-data collection or live production database is offered in the public listing. Buyer deployment will require their own infrastructure. Any optional handover support must be agreed separately; ongoing maintenance is not included by default. The owner has paused development and is looking for a technical buyer to take over the project. Asking price is USD 9,000, negotiable.
