Hearthline gives home-service teams a branded starting point for handling missed calls and organizing the work that follows. Buyers can explore the public site and interactive receptionist demo, then build on a substantial multi-tenant customer workspace for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and related trades. Already built: onboarding; business hours and services; receptionist instructions, knowledge and routing; call and lead records; internal appointment scheduling; follow-up queues; analytics; team roles; and privacy controls. A deterministic conversation simulator shows how caller details become a next step without paid API usage. Under the hood: TypeScript, React, Cloudflare Workers/D1, and tested integration foundations for Twilio voice/SMS, OpenAI, Google Calendar and Stripe. The current source checkpoint passes 277 automated tests, TypeScript checks and a production build. Architecture, migrations, audit and handoff documentation are included. Development stage: the public site is a preview, not proof of live answering. Real phone connection, delivered SMS, live AI conversations and billing have not been verified. Provider accounts and credentials, production webhook/scheduler bindings, security/accessibility review and end-to-end tests remain for the buyer. The newest GitHub source is not confirmed deployed to the preview. Included at $650: the source repository, documentation and original design/logo assets, subject to ownership and license review. Existing hosted Sites infrastructure and database, domain, phone numbers, provider accounts, secrets and production data are excluded unless separately agreed. Pre-revenue, with no paying customers.
Next step: <p>First, connect buyer-owned Cloudflare, Twilio and OpenAI accounts to the signed webhook and scheduler architecture, then verify an actual call connection and SMS delivery with callbacks. Complete calendar and billing validation, security/accessibility review and production monitoring before launch. With those gates closed, a buyer can tailor the receptionist for plumbing, HVAC or electrical teams and test a subscription offer. The repository includes architecture, migrations, automated tests, status and deployment documentation to shorten that work.</p>
