About QuoteForge
Local-first estimates & invoices with PDF and digital sharing.
QuoteForge is a working, feature-complete local-first estimate and invoice web application for contractors, freelancers, and service businesses. The sale includes the full source code, responsive UI, QuoteForge branding, documentation, and a working public Cloudflare build. Local use requires no application backend, authentication server, database server, paid API, or monthly infrastructure. Users can create professional estimates and invoices with customer details, job title/description/location, reusable line items and services, quantities, rates, fixed or percentage discounts, tax, additional fees, deposits, remaining balances, notes, payment instructions, terms, dates, and Draft / Sent / Accepted / Declined statuses. The application includes saved-document search and filtering, local draft recovery, reusable customer and service libraries, business branding and logo support, configurable numbering/defaults, live customer-ready preview, clean Print / Save PDF output, JSON backup/restore, and CSV export. QuoteForge also includes Share / Send. A user can create a read-only customer link, copy it, email it, or pass it to the device share menu when supported. Customer-facing document data is encoded in the link itself rather than uploaded to a QuoteForge backend. Local IDs, local status, timestamps, browser metadata, and uploaded logo image data are excluded. Anyone with the link can view the customer-facing information, so links should only be sent to intended recipients. The codebase uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Windows and macOS/Linux launchers run a local web server using Node.js built-ins, with Python 3 as a fallback. Cloudflare Workers Static Assets deployment is optional. The acquisition includes the private GitHub repository and full source, estimate/invoice calculation engine, digital share-link system, customer and service workflows, local persistence, draft recovery, backup/restore, CSV export, responsive/print styling, local launchers/server, Cloudflare configuration, automated tests, README, and buyer handoff documentation. This is a pre-revenue software asset sale with $0 revenue and no verified acquisition traffic claimed. No customer list, customer data, revenue history, custom domain, payment account, email account, or social audience is included. A buyer can rebrand and commercialize QuoteForge as a one-time-purchase local quoting/invoicing tool or create trade-specific white-label editions. Optional future extensions include estimate-to-invoice conversion, e-signatures or customer acceptance, transactional email delivery, online payments, accounting integrations, cloud backup/sync, team workspaces, client portals, and additional reporting.
