Japanese Workflow Chrome Suite - Sell Project

Japanese Workflow Chrome Suite is a pre-revenue acquisition of two completed browser-extension codebases built for recurring Japanese data-entry and document-cleanup problems. Product 1 — Table to Excel for Japanese pages Converts HTML tables to TSV, CSV and XLSX while handling merged cells, Japanese large-number units, accounting negatives, phone numbers, leading zeroes and long identifiers. It includes a free/Pro feature boundary and ECDSA-signed license verification. Product 2 — Japanese Text Preflight Detects ShiftJIS/CP932 compatibility issues, platform-dependent characters, invisible characters and unsupported text. It also supports Japanese-era date conversion, pasted-PDF whitespace cleanup and conservative treatment of personal-name variants. Permissions are limited to activeTab, scripting and storage. Neither manifest requests host permissions. Processing is local-first. License verification uses ECDSA P-256. SheetJS Community Edition is included under its Apache-2.0 notice. Verification A clean transfer-preview package was created with seller secrets excluded. Both test suites were rerun from the staged transfer tree and passed 27/27 and 61/61 tests. The package SHA256 is available to a qualified buyer. Honest current state This is a pre-revenue code/IP acquisition, not an operating business with traffic or customers. Revenue, users, reviews, approved store listings and deployed checkout are all zero or absent. Checkout, activation and policy URLs remain buyer-configurable placeholders. The licensing Worker is implemented and tested but not deployed. Transfer boundary Included rights are limited to seller-owned original material. Third-party components remain under their own licenses. Passwords, private keys, payment accounts, email accounts, Chrome developer identity, customer data, Lilambd/EmpireOS methodology and unrelated products are excluded. Support boundary The acquisition price covers completed code and rights. It does not include ongoing development, recurring meetings, indefinite support, uptime commitments, revenue guarantees or custom integrations. Reason for selling Lilambd is expanding a diversified portfolio across multiple markets and rights structures. Rather than leave these completed Japanese workflow assets unused, we are testing whether an operator with existing browser-extension distribution can compound them faster.
