Scanner Manager Pro is a complete Android fleet management and MDM platform built for organizations managing large fleets of Android smartphones, scanners and field devices. The project is fully functional and has been developed and used in a real operational environment. The system consists of a Windows management application, a dedicated Android Device Owner agent and server-side services. It provides centralized device monitoring and administration from a single interface. Core functionality includes: • Centralized Android device fleet management • Online/offline and last-seen monitoring • Battery and charging monitoring • Remote device lock, timed lock and unlock • Remote messaging and file delivery • Application inventory and control • APK upload, deployment and version management • User-approved remote screen support • SIM card inventory and device/user assignment • Device and driver assignment management • Agent health and version monitoring • Battery optimization monitoring • Reporting and CSV export • Multi-user administration • Role-based and granular permissions • Secure server-side command delivery and fallback channel Technology / Architecture The platform consists of a Python-based Windows management application, Android management agent and server-side backend services. It integrates with Headwind MDM for Android Device Owner management and includes additional proprietary management, monitoring, command delivery and remote-support components. Approximately 30,000 lines of proprietary canonical source code are included across the Scanner Manager ecosystem, excluding third-party/open-source Headwind source code. What is being sold I am offering the complete Scanner Manager Pro project for acquisition, including the proprietary source code, Android agent source, server-side components, build/deployment documentation and the associated transferable rights to the proprietary Scanner Manager code, subject to applicable third-party/open-source licenses. This is intended as a complete project acquisition rather than a recurring source-code license. The buyer will provide their own VPS/server infrastructure. Existing production hosting, domain, company data and active device records are not included. I can assist the buyer with initial deployment, server configuration and first-device provisioning as part of the handover. The platform may be particularly suitable for logistics, delivery, warehouse, field-service, rugged-device and enterprise mobility businesses looking to acquire an existing Android fleet-management technology stack.

Next step: <p>Scanner Manager Pro can be commercialized as a B2B device management solution for Amazon DSPs and other delivery, logistics, warehouse and field-service companies operating fleets of Android devices.</p><p>The buyer could offer the platform using per-device or monthly subscription pricing, or sell it as a managed deployment with setup and support services. Amazon DSPs are a particularly relevant target market because the platform was originally developed around real DSP operational requirements and has already been used in a live environment.</p><p>The system can be expanded with multi-company/multi-tenant support, automated customer onboarding, subscription billing, additional reporting, integrations and further device-management automation.</p><p>The infrastructure is lightweight and inexpensive to operate. The current deployment manages 56 registered devices, and based on current resource usage, an approximately €18/month VPS is estimated to support around 200 managed devices.</p><p>A buyer with time for sales and customer acquisition could therefore turn the existing working platform into a scalable commercial MDM product rather than having to build the technology from scratch.</p>

Complete Scanner Manager Pro software project, including the management application, source code, Android device-management components, custom agent, deployment-related components and technical documentation required for handover. Initial technical handover and deployment assistance will also be provided to help the buyer set up the system on their own VPS and provision their first managed devices. The current production VPS, domain, company data, employee information and SIM/device data are not included. The buyer will use their own VPS, domain and infrastructure. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Reason for selling
Scanner Manager Pro was originally developed specifically for real-world Amazon DSP operations and is currently used in a live operational environment. I believe the platform has strong commercial potential and could be offered to other DSPs and similar logistics operations. However, I currently work full-time as a dispatcher and do not have enough time to focus on sales, customer acquisition and further commercialization. For this reason, I have decided to sell the complete project to someone who can dedicate the time and resources needed to scale it.
