Pulse - Sell Project

Pulse is a complete pre-revenue Windows desktop application designed for musicians, producers and content creators who want to turn music into polished visual content without using a traditional video editor. The application combines audio analysis, beat-aware timing, visual composition and social-media-focused editing in a dedicated creator workflow. Key functionality includes: • Beat and transient analysis with waveform visualization, markers and cues • Multi-scene Storyboard with scene timing, cropping, cuts and transitions • Short Cutter for creating 15, 30 and 60-second social media content • Local media library and integrated Pexels photo discovery • Visual effects and layered compositions • Multiple audio format support • Project save/load, relinking, autosave and recovery • MP4 rendering/export workflow • Templates and reusable project workflows • Custom licensing and activation system with offline license verification The acquisition package includes the proprietary C#/.NET/WPF desktop source code, PHP/MySQL licensing backend, database schema and bootstrap tooling, build and installer tooling, automated test suites, technical documentation and a dedicated buyer handover package. Pulse has no paying customers and is being offered as an unlaunched software/IP acquisition. This gives a buyer the opportunity to rebrand it, connect their own infrastructure and commercial services, and bring the product to market under their own brand. The acquisition package has been prepared specifically for transfer, including reproducible package verification, buyer configuration documentation and clean-database bootstrap procedures. Important transfer scope: the Sonentix brand, seller accounts, private credentials and signing keys are not included. Certain demonstration artwork/media and third-party runtime binaries are also excluded. The buyer provisions their own branding, credentials, signing infrastructure and required third-party dependencies.
