Clearquote is a local web application for residential cleaning estimates. It combines a customer estimate builder with a workspace for setting prices, customizing the business name and colors, and reviewing saved requests. The complete source project is offered to a developer or agency serving cleaning businesses who wants to adapt and continue it. The current version is a functional local demo, with no real users or revenue. WHAT IT DOES • Builds itemized estimates for standard or deep cleaning, with bedroom and bathroom counts, visit frequency and optional extras. • Supports configurable rates, recurring cleaning discounts and a minimum cleaning charge. • Saves requests to a local database with their original selections and price breakdown. Changing rates does not change earlier requests. • Includes a request inbox with New/Reviewed status, CSV export and a printable estimate that can be saved as PDF through the browser. • Recalculates prices on the server, rejects stale pricing and handles identical submission retries. • Provides a responsive customer view and a workspace with configurable business branding. INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT Application source code, dependency lockfile, local setup scripts, database migration, tests, documentation and screenshots of the fictional demo. TECHNOLOGY React, TypeScript and Vinext, using Cloudflare's local Worker/D1 emulator with SQLite persistence. The local setup uses Node.js 24.x and pnpm 11.25.0. It requires no Cloudflare account, paid API or external database for local operation. CURRENT SCOPE The demo supports one business and USD pricing. It has no authentication, multi-business administration, payment processing, booking system, outgoing email or integration with an existing website. Authentication, deployment and any client-specific integration would need to be developed before public use. The present build is for local use only and has no public live demo. Clearquote is a working name. Northline Cleaning, the displayed rates and saved demo requests are fictional. There are no customers, recurring revenue or traffic metrics included in the sale.
