Client Approval Portal helps small web and design agencies keep deliverables, client feedback and version approvals in one self-hosted workspace. An agency creates a project, uploads a delivery and shares a private review link. The client can comment, request changes or approve the current version. Earlier versions and their decisions remain in the history. Features Clients, projects and multiple deliverables. Immutable PNG, JPG and PDF versions, up to 10 MB. Project-scoped review links with expiry and revocation. Comments, revision requests and current-version approvals. Separate upload, comment and decision records. Agency name/color settings, delivery/decision CSV export and local administrator recovery. Included in the sale Complete React/TypeScript and Node.js/Express/SQLite application source, dependency lockfile, configuration example, installation and handover documentation, tests, packaging scripts, third-party notices, fictional demo artwork, screenshots and the static presentation website. Buyer fit An agency that wants to operate its own review workspace, or a developer who wants to continue building an agency software product. Current status Pre-launch, with no real users, customers or revenue. Screenshots show fictional demonstration data. The public website is a screenshot-based presentation; there is no hosted interactive application demo. Installation with fresh credentials and an empty dependency store was validated locally on Windows. Requirements and limitations One agency and one administrator per installation. Node.js 24.x, pnpm 11.19.0 and writable persistent storage are required. Public operation needs buyer-managed hosting, HTTPS/proxy configuration and operational setup. No email automation, billing, client accounts or digital signatures. No independent security audit is claimed. Full limitations are documented in HANDOVER.md. No domain, seller accounts, customer list or revenue stream is included. Transfer and transition-support terms will be agreed in writing. Asking price: USD 3,900, negotiable.
Next step: <p>An agency can use the application for its own delivery and approval workflow. A developer can validate demand with a small number of agencies and adapt the product based on their feedback. Possible future work includes team access or email notifications if buyers or users request them; those features are not currently included. Commercial demand, pricing and future revenue have not been validated.</p>
