WHAT IT IS A portal that automatically generates and publishes websites for small local businesses. The customer goes through a short onboarding flow and comes out with a live site — no designer, no back and forth. It runs as two brands on one codebase: salutidalweb.it for the Italian market, postcardfromtheweb.com for everywhere else. STACK Next.js, deployed and running in production. Auth, multi-tenant structure, onboarding flow, template engine and publishing pipeline all working. A penetration test was run before launch and every finding was remediated, including CVE-2025-29927. There are trial users, but no revenue, and I'm not going to dress that up. What you're buying is a working production codebase and two positioned domains, not a business with cash flow. The user database is NOT included: those people signed up for my service, and their data isn't mine to hand over. WHAT IT WOULD COST YOU TO REBUILD Roughly 250 developer hours at €50/h to rebuild from scratch — about €12,500, before you've validated anything. Asking €5,500 for both brands, both domains and a codebase that already runs in production — a 56% discount on what building it costs you. WHO THIS IS FOR Web agencies and studios that still build small-business sites by hand. The value is production cost, not growth: if you deliver 20+ sites a year, this cuts the hours per site substantially while you keep charging what you charge today. It pays for itself in throughput.
