Studioweb is a complete, end-to-end automation platform for running a one-person AI-powered web design/chatbot agency — from finding potential clients to delivering a finished product and getting paid, with minimal manual work.Built with: FastAPI (Python) + React/Vite/Tailwind/Framer Motion + Supabase (Postgres) + Anthropic Claude API for all AI reasoning.WHAT IT DOES1. Prospecting — searches Google Places for local businesses (dentists, restaurants, salons, hotels, real estate agencies, law firms, etc.), automatically extracts contact emails from their websites, and scores each lead (opportunity + urgency score) based on how outdated/poor their current web presence is.2. Site Audit — generates a professional PDF report analyzing a business's current website: mobile-friendliness, SSL, presence of a chatbot, analytics, and more.3. AI Outreach — generates personalized, multilingual outreach emails per lead, written in the business's own language, proposing 1-2 concrete features specific to their industry (e.g. online booking for a dental clinic, digital menu for a restaurant) and offering a free mockup as the entry point.4. AI Voice Calling — an integrated outbound/inbound calling system (via a third-party voice AI provider) that can call leads directly, with mandatory AI-disclosure, multilingual conversation, voicemail detection, automatic retry logic with time-window rules, and do-not-call list handling. Call transcripts are automatically translated and summarized, and flow directly into the same pipeline as email replies.5. Automated Follow-ups — scheduled follow-up emails sent automatically if a lead doesn't respond within a set number of days.6. Lead Notifications — automatic email alert to the business owner whenever a lead crosses a configurable interest/score threshold.7. Discovery Flow — once a lead replies (by email or call), the system asks category-specific questions, automatically translates client responses into the operator's language, and proposes concrete options (name, style, features) if the client has no clear ideas yet.8. Manual Lead Intake — a form to manually add businesses found offline (referrals, personal contacts), including company details, Google Maps link, style references, free-text requirements, and photo uploads — these leads skip straight to the approval stage.9. Human-in-the-Loop Approval — no code is generated or deployed without explicit manual approval, ensuring quality control at every project.10. AI Code Generation — generates a complete, production-ready React + Tailwind + Framer Motion website (all components, config files, package.json) tailored to the specific business and its requested features.11. AI Chatbot Generation — generates an embeddable chatbot widget per client, with saved conversation history visible in the operator's dashboard.12. Marketing Automations — AI-generated social media posts, newsletters, review responses, and SEO descriptions for delivered clients.13. Invoicing — branded PDF invoice generation with bank details, email delivery, and status tracking (draft → proposed → confirmed → sent → awaiting payment → paid).14. Feedback & Revision Loop — analyzes client feedback text and regenerates only the specific affected files, again with human approval before applying changes.15. Analytics Dashboard — conversion funnel, revenue tracking, lead counts by country, active chatbot stats.DESIGNA polished, custom "luxury" dark UI (custom color palette, Cormorant Garamond + Inter + JetBrains Mono typography), with country-grouped lead lists, status tabs, and a live approval/action panel per lead.CURRENT STATUSThis is a pre-revenue project — the automation pipeline is fully built and functional end-to-end, tested locally with real outreach campaigns (email + early voice calling tests), but no paying clients have been onboarded yet.
