About Gmail Filters
Write Gmail filters in plain English, free
Gmail Filters is a free web app for writing and managing Gmail filters without fighting Gmail's filter dialog. Describe what you want ("archive anything from Stripe unless the subject says failed") and AI drafts the filter rule. Preview each rule as a Gmail search to see what it would match before you add it. Download your rules in Gmail's own filter format and import them once in Gmail's settings. They are native Gmail filters, so they work everywhere you use Gmail, including Superhuman, with or without us. Already have filters? Export them from Gmail and upload the file to edit them all in one place. Share a filter setup with a teammate as a link. Sign in with Google to start; no access to your Gmail is needed. We store only the filter rules you create and your email address. Not affiliated with Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
