BerxyaAI is already published on the Shopify App Store, and the acquisition is intended to include all transferable rights and assets related to the Shopify app, subject to Shopify's applicable ownership-transfer procedures. I can also provide reasonable transition assistance to help the buyer understand the architecture, deployment process and project structure. Third-party accounts or credentials that cannot be transferred will not be included; however, the underlying integrations and configuration are included with the source code.

Reason for selling

I am currently focusing my time and resources on other software projects.
