Also included: the PostgreSQL database with 13,468 food items (8,005 from USDA FoodData Central, 5,101 from Open Food Facts, 565 recipe components), the ingestion pipelines that produced it, 13 versioned Flyway migrations, full setup documentation, and 30 days of handover support by email. Next Development Phase: <p>There is a clear runway of work that is already scoped or half-finished:</p><p><br></p><p>- Wire up barcode scanning. The lookup API is built and working, including coverage-gap logging, but no screen uses it yet. This is UI work on finished infrastructure.</p><p>- Finish the portion selector and the improved food search. Both exist on an unmerged branch.</p><p>- Swap payments to native billing. Google Play Billing and StoreKit, replacing the current MercadoPago flow, which also removes a policy risk on Android.</p><p>- Move to a current vision model. The OpenAI model is pinned to an older snapshot; newer ones are cheaper per image, which improves margin immediately.</p><p>- Do the ASO that was never done. The listings have no keyword work at all.</p><p>- Launch in English. The app already ships English copy and imperial units, so the largest market is one store listing away.</p><p><br></p><p>The engineering to a shippable product is done. What has never been attempted is distribution.</p>
