I'm not looking for a co-founder, investor, employee, or long-term collaborator . The goal is a straightforward acquisition. The ideal buyer could be: • A startup founder looking for an existing consumer app • A wellness or mental-health company looking to expand its product portfolio • A developer or small development studio looking for a ready-made product • A marketer or creator who sees an opportunity to build an audience around emotional wellness • An entrepreneur looking for a product with an existing foundation rather than starting from zero The buyer does not need to have a specific technical background. The project is already built and can be handed over with its source code, assets, documentation, and relevant infrastructure information. Acquisition & Handover This is intended to be a full acquisition . After the sale, ownership and control of the project would transfer to the buyer according to the final purchase agreement. The buyer would receive the agreed project assets, including the application source code, design assets, existing product functionality, and technical documentation required to continue development. I'm not looking for an ongoing equity arrangement or shared ownership. What I'm Looking For I'm primarily looking for a serious buyer who understands the opportunity and has the resources or experience to take AURA to its next stage.
