Also included are assignable Willow Mutt brand materials, original marketing copy, brand guidelines, content plans, email-sequence and lead-magnet content, and selected operating documentation. Images and other creative materials are included only where ownership or transfer rights are confirmed. Eligible analytics-property access may be included following ownership and transfer verification. Transition support includes one 60-minute handoff call and seven calendar days of reasonable clarification questions. The branded email address hello@willowmutt.com is included with the domain. Handover assistance will cover re-establishing the address with the buyer’s own email provider. The seller’s personal Google account, existing mailbox history, and ongoing email subscription are not included. Personal accounts, customer-identifying data, supplier inventory, and unverified third-party assets are excluded. Instagram account transfer is not guaranteed. Product listings do not represent seller-owned physical inventory. The buyer is responsible for ongoing platform costs and reactivating Shopify checkout. The final agreement will specify the exact included assets and exclusions.
