Family check-in and reassurance SaaS with scheduling and communication workflows
CherishLink is a custom-built, pre-revenue family check-in and reassurance software project designed to help families schedule and manage recurring contact with loved ones. The product includes a React web client, FastAPI backend and MongoDB-compatible data layer. Existing code covers scheduling, administrative workflows and integration paths for Twilio communications, Stripe billing, Resend email and LLM-assisted functionality. The sale includes: • CherishLink.com domain • Seller-owned brand and interface assets • Canonical client and deployable API source code • Environment templates without credentials • Dependency manifests • Automated tests and technical evidence • Build, deployment and demonstration guidance • Known-limitations documentation • Transfer checklist CherishLink.com currently resolves to a JavaScript application. Authenticated signup/login and complete end-to-end operation with live telephony, billing, email and AI providers are not represented as verified production functionality. Technical validation produced a clean client build, joint client/API HTTP 200 results and 108 passing credential-free tests. 16 live-provider or configuration-dependent assertions remain unresolved. The buyer must provision and validate its own hosting, database, Twilio account and phone number, webhooks, Stripe, Resend, AI, analytics and related provider accounts. The buyer must also complete security, privacy, consent, communications-law and production-readiness review. Verified revenue: $0 Verified customers and active users: 0 No loved-one or caller data, customer information, phone number, consent records, production database, credentials, financial accounts, provider accounts or provider balances are included. Only seller-controlled and verified transferable assets are included. Any third-party or externally sourced media identified during final transfer review must be excluded, replaced or separately licensed. The seller will provide up to five total hours of transition assistance for source transfer, documentation questions and general handoff guidance. This excludes feature development, production deployment, provider configuration, compliance implementation and ongoing operations. Reason for sale: portfolio consolidation. The owner has chosen to sell the pre-revenue software asset rather than operate and commercialize it.
