About BriefKitt — Client Briefs for Freelancers
Send clients one link, get a clear project brief. Built SaaS for freelancers.
WHAT IT IS BriefKitt (briefkitt.site) helps freelancers collect project details before work starts. The freelancer picks their field (web design, logo design, video editing, photography and more), gets a ready brief with editable questions, and sends one link. The client fills it on any phone with no account, and every answer arrives organized in clear sections: scope, budget, deadline, references. It solves a real, everyday problem: projects that start from voice notes and long chats, then turn into endless revisions because nothing was written down. WHAT IS BUILT Full web app with a desktop version and a separate mobile version Accounts: email login link and password login Brief builder with live preview and 7 question types, including a unique "Reference examples" type where the client adds examples and explains what they like and what to avoid about each one Client answers are encrypted in the database Admin dashboard: users, moderation (warn, suspend, ban), activity log, and a visitors panel that separates real people from bots, with traffic sources, countries and devices User profiles, avatars, light and dark mode Pricing system already built: Free, Pro (monthly and yearly) and Lifetime plans with monthly credits, Lemon Squeezy checkout and signed webhooks. It currently runs in "early launch" mode (free and unlimited). Paid plans switch on with one setting, no coding needed Security: server-side validation and length limits on every input, cross-site request blocking, bot filtering, rate limits and strict security headers SEO: sitemap, structured data, Google Search Console verified Pages: Features, FAQ, Pricing, About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms, Refund Policy TECH AND COSTS Cloudflare Pages + Cloudflare Workers + Cloudflare D1 database + Resend for email.
