VELQIRIS combines a React/TypeScript crypto-research interface, deterministic analysis modules and five Rust backend canisters for the Internet Computer. It is offered as a pre-revenue software/IP asset requiring completion and deployment diligence. Implemented scope includes charts, market context, scenario and risk presentation, market-data adapters for Binance, Coinbase and OKX, browser-local alerts/watchlists, and backend primitives for identity, caller-controlled records and stable storage. Current provider availability and commercial data rights require validation. Known limitations are material: the Compare view uses hardcoded prices and scores for non-active assets; selected Observatory status and configuration values are fixed presentation data; complete production deployment, passkey acceptance, canister upgrades and end-to-end browser acceptance were not established in the fresh review. Isolated validation on 6 September 2026 passed 407 frontend unit tests in 118 files, 20 Rust unit tests and the frontend production build. Lint exited successfully with 22 warnings. These checks do not establish production readiness, security certification, predictive accuracy, revenue or user traction. The project is pre-launch and pre-revenue.
