Reasonable post-sale technical handover assistance The sale includes the complete NONGIN AI source code, PostgreSQL/Prisma database schema and migrations, Studio UI, project/scene/shot management system, generation-job and worker architecture, modular AI-provider integration architecture, storage abstraction, demo/mock generation system, tests, environment configuration template, installation guide, technical documentation, architecture documentation, buyer guide and handover materials. I can also provide reasonable post-sale technical handover assistance to help the buyer understand the project structure and initial setup. Third-party API accounts, paid AI credits, hosting/cloud accounts, private credentials and other non-transferable third-party services are not included.

Reason for selling

I developed NONGIN AI as a complete AI video creation platform and have brought the core product to a functional, buyer-ready stage. I am currently focusing on other software projects and would like to transfer NONGIN AI to a buyer with the resources and market reach to integrate production AI providers, commercialize the platform, and scale it further.
