It unifies a polished customer storefront, seller operations studio and marketplace admin console within one coherent, responsive product.The project is an original portfolio demonstration and is not affiliated with IKEA or Mercur. All products, sellers, reviews, customers, applications, orders, inventory movements, commissions, checkout events and dashboards are fictional or synthetic. Costs may therefore be $0 at low demo traffic, excluding any separately owned domain. A commercial marketplace will incur hosting, database, cache, storage, authentication, email, payment/payout, observability and support costs based on usage and chosen vendors.What the buyer receivesThe private GitHub repository and source code; original marketplace catalogue and artwork; customer storefront, vendor studio and admin console; visual design system and logo; PWA/offline assets; two read-only Vercel Functions; automated verification scripts; tests; deployment, security, audit and architecture documentation; and the existing live demonstration. Final transfer remains subject to ownership, licensing, platform-account and domain arrangements agreed during diligence.Production work still requiredA real marketplace requires authenticated customer, seller and operator principals; role-based authorization; PostgreSQL persistence; Redis or equivalent caching/queues; durable object storage; production email and messaging; real checkout, payment capture, seller payouts, refunds and tax handling; inventory reservation; order and fulfilment services; seller onboarding and KYC/KYB; moderation; search infrastructure; analytics and observability; fraud controls; privacy operations; incident response; rate limiting; backups; accessibility and security review; and production QA. No AI integration is currently required or implemented; any future AI feature should be scoped, disclosed and reviewed separately. Third-party commerce infrastructure, including any Mercur-style backend, remains to be selected, deployed and integrated.Reason for sellingThe seller is focusing on other projects and wants a buyer to take this broad, carefully designed marketplace foundation through backend integration, market validation and commercialization.Handover and supportIncludes a repository and deployment walkthrough, architecture and environment guidance, assistance transferring agreed code and assets, and up to 14 days of reasonable email support for setup and clarification after closing. New feature development, third-party charges, custom data migration and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.
