The sale includes the CLEWASE brand, domain, complete source code, database structure, UI/UX assets, product catalog structure, admin and seller dashboards, marketplace integration architecture, deployment configuration and available project documentation. Existing infrastructure and third-party integrations will be transferred where technically and contractually possible. The buyer will receive reasonable transition assistance to deploy and take ownership of the platform. Personal accounts, private credentials, payment information and any non-transferable third-party accounts are not included.

Reason for selling

I have invested approximately two months of intensive development into CLEWASE. The project has reached a stage where it has a strong technical foundation, but I am currently focusing on other business opportunities and do not have enough time to continue developing and marketing it properly.
