About dutchgreen-digital-demo
Landscaping estimates, customer journeys and field operations in one workspace
DutchGreen Digital — Landscaping Lead Intake & Field Operations Foundation DutchGreen Digital is a professionally developed application foundation for landscaping, hardscaping and outdoor-construction businesses. It combines a polished customer-facing website and three-step estimate journey with a connected directors workspace for leads, scheduling, jobs, customers, crews, services, materials, invoices and guarded AI concepts. CURRENT STATUS AND DATA DISCLOSURE The current deployment is an independent, pre-revenue portfolio demonstration and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DutchGreen. Every business record, person, address, project, estimate, schedule entry, invoice, testimonial and photograph is fictional or synthetic concept material. The demo does not persist submitted estimate data or selected photos and must not be treated as a live estimating, scheduling, invoicing or customer-management system. FEATURES • Responsive landscaping website covering services, projects, process, about, FAQ, privacy and accessibility. • Three-step estimate flow for service, timing, location, scope, budget, contact details and optional project-photo concepts. • Service coverage for patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, decks and pool landscapes. • Filterable synthetic project gallery with detailed project concepts and clear non-affiliation disclosures. • Directors workspace concepts for overview, estimate leads, schedule, jobs, customers, crew, services, materials, invoices, AI and settings. • Connected dashboard presenting synthetic pipeline, schedule, job and invoice views. • Local HttpOnly demo-session route for portfolio access without storing email or password. • Microsoft, Google and email authentication layouts demonstrating the intended provider experience. • Guarded AI-workspace concepts designed for human-reviewed drafts rather than autonomous pricing, scheduling or record changes. • Accessible navigation, responsive layouts, noindex/nofollow portfolio boundaries and automated unit, integration and browser testing. • Gated deployment and integration architecture that builds without production secrets. TECHNOLOGY STACK Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, TypeScript 5.9, Zod 4, Lucide React, custom responsive styling, Node.js 24, pnpm 11, ESLint, Node test runner and Playwright. The project is deployed on Vercel from a private GitHub repository. TARGET CUSTOMERS Independent landscapers, hardscape installers, outdoor-living contractors, deck and pool-landscape businesses, multi-crew service operators, design-build firms and software buyers seeking a modern landscaping lead-intake and operations foundation. MONETIZATION OPPORTUNITIES A buyer could commercialize DutchGreen Digital through monthly SaaS subscriptions, per-location or per-crew plans, white-label licensing, onboarding and data-migration fees, managed hosting and support, premium estimate and reporting modules, guarded AI-assisted drafting, or custom implementations. These are opportunities only; no verified users, customers, contracts or revenue currently exist. CURRENT OPERATING COSTS Exact current spend has not been independently verified. The read-only demo requires no database, managed authentication, object storage, transactional email, Redis/rate-limit service, AI provider or payment gateway. Current hosting cost depends on the owner's Vercel plan. Production Postgres, Clerk or another identity service, private Blob storage, Resend email, Upstash, Vercel AI Gateway, monitoring and any external services would add plan or usage-based costs. CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STAGE Polished, deployed, pre-revenue demonstration and production-oriented application foundation. Public pages, estimate UX, project gallery, responsive interface, guarded directors-workspace concepts, validation, testing, deployment documentation and integration gates are implemented. Production integrations remain intentionally disabled until buyer-owned resources, credentials, privacy rules and release approval are in place. WHAT THE BUYER RECEIVES • Complete private GitHub repository and source code. • Original visual identity, text wordmark, logo icon, responsive interface and synthetic demonstration imagery. • Public customer journey, estimate workflow and directors operations-workspace foundation. • Validation, tests, accessibility and portfolio-safety controls. • Integration gates and documentation for database, authentication, storage, email, rate limiting and AI. • Deployment documentation and Vercel configuration. • Repository and architecture walkthrough, deployment guidance and an environment-variable inventory without secret values. • Fourteen calendar days of reasonable asynchronous handover support for setup and deployment clarification.
