MotorIntake AI — Automotive Service & Sales Operations Foundation MotorIntake AI is a professionally developed, responsive application foundation for automotive service centres, repair shops and dealerships. It combines customer-facing service intake, vehicle discovery, test-drive and trade-in workflows with a comprehensive staff operations studio. The current deployment is a pre-revenue portfolio demonstration. Every business, person, vehicle, price, inquiry, appointment, contact detail and photograph shown in the application is synthetic. It does not create real bookings, diagnose vehicles, provide final estimates, appraise trade-ins, reserve vehicles, send messages, process payments or retain customer records in its present Vercel demonstration configuration. FEATURES • Responsive public website with services, inventory, vehicle details, FAQ, contact, privacy and accessibility pages. • Guided multi-step service-request flow covering symptoms, vehicle details, urgency, timing, contact details, review and a demonstration receipt. • Test-drive, trade-in and general-contact intake journeys with clear human-confirmation boundaries. • Searchable synthetic vehicle inventory with price, drivetrain and body-style filters. • Read-only operations Studio for inquiries, appointments, customers, vehicles, estimates, repair orders, trade-ins, knowledge, team settings and account-security concepts. • AI review and briefing concepts that remain draft-only and require human review. • Staff sign-in and password-recovery demonstrations with a documented managed-authentication production boundary. • Optional bounded OpenAI wording assistance with local safety classification, prohibited-claim checks and deterministic fallback. • Semantic HTML, keyboard support, reduced-motion handling, no-JavaScript service intake, security headers and automated accessibility coverage. • Code-native branding, favicon, PWA icons, Vercel avatar, web manifest and social-preview assets. TECHNOLOGY STACK Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, strict TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4 processing, project design tokens and responsive CSS, Zod validation, Vercel AI SDK, optional OpenAI provider adapter, Drizzle schema and migrations as an implementation reference, Vitest, Playwright and axe-core. The application is deployed on Vercel from a private GitHub repository. TARGET CUSTOMERS Independent repair shops, automotive service centres, used-car dealerships, multi-location dealer groups, service advisors, sales teams and automotive software operators seeking a modern customer-intake and operations foundation. MONETIZATION OPPORTUNITIES The buyer could commercialize MotorIntake AI through monthly SaaS subscriptions, per-location plans, onboarding and configuration fees, white-label licensing, premium AI-assisted staff tools, managed hosting and support, or a one-time implementation for a specific dealership or service business. These are opportunities only; no customers, contracts or revenue are represented as existing. CURRENT OPERATING COSTS The demonstration has no required paid database, object storage, transactional email, SMS, managed authentication, payment gateway or AI-provider dependency. Current hosting cost depends on the owner's Vercel plan. Optional OpenAI usage and any future production services would introduce usage-based or subscription costs. CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STAGE Polished, deployed, pre-revenue demonstration and production-oriented application foundation. Public workflows, synthetic inventory, responsive layouts, staff-workspace concepts, validation, testing, accessibility checks, security boundaries, deployment configuration and documentation are implemented. Operational mutations are intentionally disabled in demo mode.
