Scans a social post's comments and turns them into sentiment breakdowns.
Comment Intelligence pulls the comments off a social media post and runs them through an LLM pipeline that sorts genuine reaction from spam, clusters recurring themes, and generates a hard-gated "DO THIS" action list for the creator concrete, verb-first recommendations, ranked by urgency, with a code-level filter that discards anything about a third-party product so it never tells a creator to "fix" something they don't own. Platforms currently live: X (official API v2), Instagram and YouTube (official YouTube Data API v3, Apify for Instagram). TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook integrations exist in the codebase but are currently disabled on the frontend after reliability issues. Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind v4, deployed on Vercel with Fluid Compute. Classification runs on Groq's OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Known limitations: pre-revenue, no paying users yet. Groq's free tier rate-limits classification under load — production use needs a paid tier. Instagram comment volume is capped by Apify's free-tier gate. Snapchat is manual-paste only.
