Reason for Selling
I built the engine, not the market. I am based in Tanzania, and this is a product for New South Wales subcontractors — I have no route to Australian construction, no way to get it in front of the trades who need it, and no relationship with a NSW construction lawyer to sign off the templates. Someone already inside that industry can do in a week what would take me a year, and the codebase is finished enough to be worth their time.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase:
The fastest path is a lawyer review of the two document templates, then a deployment and a landing page. After that the obvious moves are: subscription billing, since there is no billing code and the buyer picks their own provider; the adjudication application, which the app currently only names the date for; and porting to a second jurisdiction. The rules engine was built for that last one — Queensland, Victoria, Singapore and the UK all run comparable security-of-payment regimes, and each is a sibling module with its own verified holiday table rather than a rewrite. Distribution is through trade associations and subcontractor groups, where payment horror stories already circulate daily.
