Status: Pennsylvania coverage is 21 of 67 counties fully clean (boundary + owner + address, search-tested), plus 5 more counties with verified boundary data only. One additional county (Jefferson County, TN) is imported and clean. Self-healing import pipeline handles new counties automatically, with AI-assisted field detection for new data sources. Also included: a pre-staged National Address Database covering all 48 applicable US states/territories (97.9M records), ready to enrich parcel data the moment new counties are imported — this is a national-scale asset independent of current state coverage. Sale includes the domain (boundryiq.com) and full transfer of the Firebase/GCP project (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run). Hosting cost is minimal ($5/month). Subscriptions were the intended business model (free tier for basic lookup, paid tier for survey-grade export/calibration features) but the payment layer was never built — that's the main work left for a buyer to launch. Reason for selling

Built this to add a subscription model for professional surveyors, similar to how consumer land-mapping apps work but data-precise for survey use. The core data pipeline and coordinate/export engineering are done and working, but attention shifted to other active projects before the payment/subscription layer got built. Rather than let it sit unfinished, selling it to someone who can take it the rest of the way.
