MoatLens shows ten years of a company's numbers, explains every metric in everyday language and summarises annual reports. Its quality score judges the business and never sees the share price - no buy signals, no price targets, no fair value handed to the user. That separation is architectural, not a setting.WHY IT IS FOR SALE. I built it alone, roughly 500 hours. It works, it is live, and almost nobody finds it: one independent user, no revenue, no ratings. The Play Console shows more installs, but those are my own devices and testers - I would rather say that here than have you find it later. The store listing converts well for the few people who see it. This is a distribution failure, not a product one.WHAT IS INCLUDED. Android app, React Native / Expo, four complete language versions (German, English, French, Spanish), live in 28 countries across the EU and the UK. The Google Play app record, transferable through Google's official app transfer, with four localised store listings of eight screenshots each. The market data licence (Financial Modeling Prep) is not transferable and I have given notice on it, effective late September 2026 - you bring your own key, or an equivalent provider. Same for the Anthropic API key used by the AI features. The social accounts are personal accounts of mine that I renamed for the project; I rename them away on handover day so the @moatlens handles come free for you.OPEN POINTS, STATED UP FRONT. Cached data must be purged when the licence ends, so the app ships empty and repopulates from your key. The trade mark is applied for, not yet registered; the opposition period runs to 13 October 2026. Three cosmetic UI defects in the localisation files. Three documented name collisions. No ratings and a negligible install base - what transfers is a store presence already built and approved in four languages, not an audience.
