Yumvote · Meal planning made fair - Sell Project
Project Overview
Yumvote is a household meal-planning app built around one idea: dinner gets decided together.Everyone in the house sets their tastes, allergies and disliked ingredients (including profiles for kids and members without the app). Someone opens a planning round for the days ahead, the household votes Love It or Fine on a shortlist, and the winning dishes become the week's plan. The shopping list then builds itself from those recipes: quantities scaled to the people eating, ingredients merged across...

What's Included
Domain name, Source code, All related data, All related design work
Beyond the product and its assets, the sale includes: • 30 days of handover support — I stay available for questions, walkthroughs and anything that breaks during the transition. • Full technical handover — architecture walkthrough, environment setup, deployment and release process (builds, over-the-air updates, store submissions), plus the runbooks I use myself. • Store transfers handled — Apple app transfer and Google Play transfer, done properly so reviews, ratings and existing subscribers move with the app. • The marketing production pipeline — a headless-Chrome system that generates App Store screenshots, Play assets and social artwork from HTML templates, so a buyer can regenerate every store asset after a rebrand or copy change in minutes. • A finished social launch kit — six designed Instagram posts with written captions, plus the brand system they're built on. • The creator affiliate system — per-creator discount codes, automated conversion tracking and a payout ledger, already wired end to end and never yet used in a campaign. • In-app knowledge base — a complete written help centre covering every feature, so support load stays near zero. • Warm introductions to the creators currently in conversation about promoting the app, where they're willing.
Reason for Selling
I build software, and that part is finished: the app is designed, built, approved and live on the App Store with subscriptions running, and Android is ready to follow. What it needs next is a different job entirely — funded consumer growth, market by market, month after month. I can keep it alive and growing slowly, but I can't bankroll the pace the early signals deserve, and I'd rather hand it to someone who can run that properly than watch it grow at a fraction of its potential.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase: <p>Run the creator engine that's already built. One local creator video produced 12 signups in a day and every paid trial the app has had. The affiliate infrastructure — per-creator discount codes, automated conversion tracking, payout ledger — is built and has never been used in a campaign. This is a repeatable playbook: recruit creators, hand them a code, pay on conversion, repeat per market.</p><p><br></p><p>Let the SEO compound. 486 recipe pages are indexed with full structured data and were built as a long-term organic funnel. They've had two weeks to age; content like this pays out over quarters, not weeks.</p><p><br></p><p>Turn on what's already coded. User recipe creation is built and currently switched off. A creator layer — home cooks publishing recipes to public profiles that households follow — is specced as the natural next act on top of a captured household audience.</p><p><br></p><p>Monetise the shopping list. Every household generates an itemised, aisle-sorted grocery list every week. That is a natural surface for supermarket partnerships, grocery delivery integrations or affiliate revenue — a second revenue line entirely separate from subscriptions, and the data to support it is already being produced.</p><p><br></p><p>Tune the funnel. Onboarding, paywall and trial length have never been A/B tested. The current numbers — roughly 9% of users starting a paid trial unprompted — come from an untuned first attempt.</p><p><br></p><p>Ship Android. The app is complete and simply waiting out Google's mandatory testing window before production. That alone roughly doubles the addressable install base with no development work.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
