It also includes the PostgreSQL database schema, Prisma migrations and seeds, Docker and Nginx production configuration, deployment and smoke-test scripts, backup and rollback procedures, API documentation, technical documentation and administration tools. The OpenAI, Stripe, email and monitoring integrations are already implemented. The buyer will receive the integration code and configuration templates, but private API keys, payment balances and non-transferable third-party accounts are not included. A structured technical handover and reasonable transition assistance can be provided after the acquisition.
Reason for Selling
Ceevio has reached a complete and production-ready stage. Its next phase requires sustained investment in marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition rather than additional core product development. My current priorities do not allow me to give this commercial phase the attention it deserves. Instead of leaving a fully operational platform underexploited, I would prefer to transfer it to a buyer with the distribution, recruitment or HR expertise required to accelerate its growth.
