The sale includes the TERUKOArchive.com domain, the complete WordPress website and database, website content, branding, logos, original artwork, promotional materials, NFT metadata, and all transferable project files. It also includes two fully minted Ethereum NFT collections containing 110 NFTs in total: the Genesis Collection with 10 NFTs and Fragments of the Impossible with 100 NFTs. The buyer will receive the seller-controlled NFT inventory through an on-chain transfer to the buyer’s wallet, together with available collection-management and royalty rights, subject to verification and the rules of the relevant platforms. The Telegram project channel is included. Transition assistance will also be provided for the project’s X presence, subject to the platform’s rules. Private wallet keys and seed phrases are not transferred. NFTs already owned by third parties, if any, are not included in the sale.
