Next step: Someone with E-commerce / paid ads / direct marketing experience would be a better fit for this project than me to drive conversions. Adding a few more product types through print-on-demand provider, Printful, or expanding to other POD providers, could reduce SKU concentration (currently only 3 products sold). Would function well as a tuck-in to existing pet-related business.
