Twitterscribe is a web app that a Twitter user gives access to their account, allowing it to run a nightly cron job and download all their tweets, retweets, and favourites. Users can then login and search past tweets or exporting to CSV and PDF. Exports can be done on their entire history, or a range (but not search results, which are web only).We've stored over 20,000,000 tweets so far. Twenty million!I've not put any effort into marketing this, it was only ever a project that I setup and left to trundle along on its own. Perhaps the right person could change that?I had grand plans to create and sell hard copies of people's tweets — and lulu.com actually released an API making it possible to dynamically generate books, so I would consider this as a monetisation option. I've been running this since 2010, though, and they haven't said anything. However, you can also have 'tweeterscribe.com' which I've kept as a backup, and it would be trivial to rebrand. Okay, technically it's against the TOS: "Exporting Twitter Content to a datastore as a service or other cloud based service, however, is not permitted."
