<p><strong>EN</strong></p><p>I’m looking for a <strong>technical co-founder / full-stack developer</strong> to help take <em>Lieux de Retraites</em> to the next stage.</p><p><br></p><p>The first mission would be to <strong>rebuild the platform fully in code</strong>. The current version runs on Webflow with many automations and workarounds; the goal is to recreate the existing product on a solid technical foundation and then progressively add features that are currently difficult to implement with a no-code stack.</p><p><br></p><p>Ideally you’re comfortable building <strong>marketplace-style products</strong>, working with <strong>modern web stacks</strong>, databases, APIs and scalable infrastructure. Product thinking and pragmatism are more important than any specific framework.</p><p><br></p><p>The project is <strong>remote-first</strong> (I’m based in France), asynchronous-friendly, and very product-focused. I care a lot about <strong>clarity, simplicity and shipping useful things quickly</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>co-founder role</strong>, not a freelance mission. I’m looking for someone interested in building the company long-term, with <strong>meaningful equity and shared ownership of the product and technical vision</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>FR</strong></p><p>Je cherche un <strong>cofondateur technique / développeur full-stack</strong> pour faire passer <em>Lieux de Retraites</em> à l’étape suivante.</p><p><br></p><p>La première mission sera de <strong>reconstruire la plateforme entièrement en code</strong>. La version actuelle fonctionne avec Webflow et beaucoup d’automatisations ; l’objectif est de recréer le produit existant sur des bases techniques solides, puis d’ajouter progressivement des fonctionnalités difficiles à gérer avec une stack no-code.</p><p><br></p><p>Idéalement, vous êtes à l’aise pour construire des <strong>produits de type marketplace</strong>, avec des <strong>technologies web modernes</strong>, bases de données, APIs et infrastructure scalable. L’important n’est pas un framework précis mais plutôt l’approche produit et la capacité à construire proprement.</p><p><br></p><p>Le projet est <strong>remote-first</strong> (je suis basé en France), avec un fonctionnement assez flexible et orienté produit. J’attache beaucoup d’importance à la <strong>clarté, la simplicité et au fait de livrer rapidement des choses utiles</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Il s’agit d’un <strong>rôle de cofondateur</strong>, pas d’une mission freelance. Je cherche quelqu’un qui souhaite construire le projet sur le long terme, avec <strong>une part significative d’equity et une vraie copropriété du produit et de la vision technique</strong>.</p>
