The service is well built, with a modern tech stack. Has unique high quality design and user experience.

Does not need any effort to run the way it currently works. Only the only expenses at the moment are hosting (8.4 USD for lowest tier VPS) and yearly domain name payment (around 40 USD a year)


Right now its free - I dont have any payment or subscription options. In order to make money you might need adding a freemium (for example a user can create and set up the reveal experience but can not share until a yearly subscription is payed) or some other payment option.


Creating revenue with ads in this case is virtually impossible.


Customers

The target audience in this case seem to be future mothers. I do not currently have a steady flow of users. It turned out to be too difficult for me to market this product (This is my first time trying to sell a service like this).


Financials

As I described above. I do not have income now with this service. Only a monthly bill for hosting of around $8


Additional Notes

The service is great from technical/design/ux standpoint. The only issue is that after building it I could not market it. (again, its my first ever attempt to sell anything of this sorts)


Services like this one exist, and there seems to be a market for them. Probably a small one, but nontheless. Compared to the existing competitors, this service has a much better design in my view, and a better combination of sub-features (the other ones dont offer a wishlist for example)


It might be necessary to add a blog section and to write a couple of articles to increase google rankings to gain natural traffic. However it is also possible to gain customers through either social networks or advertisement. (Those are things I would try if i was not burned out at this point already)
