The core product is validated and ready for scale, and we are now seeking a passionate, dedicated Co-founder to lead the growth, marketing, and community strategy for the business. What you’ll do: Take ownership of the marketing vision, growth roadmap, and user acquisition metrics. Design and execute strategies to acquire new players globally across all channels (SEO, social, influencer marketing, partnerships). Analyze performance data to optimize funnels and improve platform stickiness. Work closely with the founder on overall business strategy, community building, and product market fit. What we’re looking for: Strong background in digital growth, marketing, or audience development (ideally in gaming, entertainment, or consumer web/app). Startup mindset: comfortable working lean, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats to drive results. Proven ability to think creatively about user acquisition and build engaged communities.
