FishCodex is a bilingual (English/Spanish) browser-based AI development workspace for creating and collaborating on software projects. It combines a Monaco editor, persistent project files, teams, real-time collaboration, browser Git workflows, isolated web previews, browser builds and tests, and an authenticated AI agent. The acquisition includes the complete source code, FishCodex brand and UI assets, SDD and technical documentation, Supabase schema and migrations, Cloudflare Pages and Workers deployment configuration, and setup instructions. A production demo is live. The infrastructure targets a $0 operating cost using free tiers. The included AI option runs through Cloudflare Workers AI. Users can also connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or OpenRouter with ephemeral BYOK keys. Supabase provides authentication and row-level data isolation. Personal cloud accounts, private credentials, API keys, and unrelated repositories are not included.
