We developed a complete real estate platform with a modern and appealing UI using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, Tailwind CSS.


The system empowers administrators with a robust dashboard and grants property owners and clients seamless collaboration.


Key Features


Property Listings: View available units with thorough descriptions, images, prices and locations.


Add New Properties: Owners can add new listings and these can be added after admin approval.


User System: Secure authentication allows proper user management with different user roles (users and admins).


Real-time Chat: Owners can chat with clients directly through a chat box which can be opened from the unit’s page.


Availability Check: Users can check whether a unit is available or already booked through a calendar system (shown in the image).


Responsive Design: Designed to perform on mobile and desktop devices.


Admin Features


Admin Dashboard: Shows key analytics such as:


Total users.


Active, declined, sold, and rented listings.


Weekly activity and recently added listings.


User Management: Modify or user block User


Property Management: Admin has to verify, approve or reject property listings before users can access them.


Data Analytics: Offers insights on the most recent activity, and listings added recently.


Tech Stack


Creating an application that works seamlessly with the client interface necessitates the implementation of user-friendly demand generation forms and informational pages. Tailored to the needs of the client and with the implementation of the responsive design principles, such components can be realized with the help of the React framework and Tailwind CSS. Therefore, the frontend of your application will be developed with: React and Tailwind CSS.


The integration of services with the help of third-party APIs and the implementation of business logic on the server side is done with the help of microservices that are written on Node.js. Therefore, the server side of your application will be developed with Node.js and Express.
