I built the task manager I needed to get things done quicker from my co workers. It did this surprisingly well. Over 30 people have signed up (not active) with very little marketing. When users invite other users (to assign them tasks and complete their projects) the signup process is very simple. From here there are design patterns to push invited users to free trial users, to eventually paid users. I'm not able to maintain the product and truly believe in its potential. It can be integrated into an existing product as a premium feature, or could do very well with the right attention as a standalone product.
