Mapooze - Sell Project

Mapooze is a digital platform based on a real-world interactive map, allowing users to purchase virtual land parcels that correspond to actual countries, administrative regions, and individual buildings or structures. Each land unit is uniquely structured: countries contain regions, which include subdivisions, and within them are "markers" — individual real-world objects such as hotels, airports, or malls. Ownership is represented via NFTs, ensuring transparency and security in all transactions. Landowners will be able to manage their territory, and sell or assign the objects located within it. Each object has its own page with relevant media content, a description, and location on the map. Users can browse available plots, filter by region or status (for sale, rent, auction), and add assets to a wishlist. In addition to the marketplace features (buy, rent, auction, exchange), Mapooze is also building an internal ecosystem with a chat, media sharing, discussions, and stories — all currently under development. Owners of objects will eventually be able to attach real online services to their virtual assets (e.g., bookings, ticket sales, rentals) relevant to the nature of the object. The project is in an early development stage, currently approaching the pre-sale phase. Core systems such as the backend, asset hierarchy, content integration, and marketplace logic are mostly in place, while wallet connection and payment mechanics are being finalized. There is also potential for expanding the platform to support tokenized real estate trading, enabling real-world property assets to be bought and sold via blockchain. The current stage allows significant flexibility for a new owner to adapt or expand the platform’s direction based on their own vision.
