WHY IS IT ON SALE? We built this business over the last 12 months with no salaries, and our financial resources can no longer support the business (and our selves). The asking price is calculated at 2.5x projected annual revenue, discounted 20%. HOW WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO GROW IT? If we had the financial resources to continue, we would shift to a B2B model of offering the service to small and medium businesses as a job benefit for employees. The company would cover the costs (and write it off), and its employees would achieve healthier work/personal life balance. Sales deck and prospects available. HOW MUCH WORK IS IT TO RUN? At present, the main roles are sales and operations. There is no technical responsibility. All systems are in place and fully functional. Sales work requires as much time as you want out of it, operational work is about 10 hours per week. HOW DOES IT SCALE? We planned a 2-app approach: one for customers, one for assistants (think uber.com for personal assistants). Onboard-ing becomes automated for both parties and integrates payments and rating systems to maintain consistent quality. WHAT IS THE VISION? Imagine a world where you could take off from Berlin, land in Beijing, and maintain access to a trusted brand that can help with every day tasks that come up in life.
